In case of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order.

4. Order Placement

Placing an order on Trendybazar constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or email after successful placement.
Orders are subject to product availability.

5. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
Payment is due at the time of delivery. Please ensure the exact amount is available.
Online payment options may be introduced in the future.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timelines may vary by city and location.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
COD orders are eligible for store credit or exchange.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return upon delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Trendybazar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
